What we collect
When you register for Econscious or contact us through this website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, college or organisation, and the responses you submit through vibe checks and daily habit logs.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the Econscious programme, calculate and share your ESG score, contact you about the initiative, and produce aggregate research that never identifies individual participants.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the programme, and only to the extent needed. Aggregate, anonymised findings may be shared with partner institutions and CSR sponsors.
How long we keep it
We retain participant records for the duration of the programme cycle and for a reasonable period afterwards for reporting and audit purposes, after which they are deleted or fully anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw from the programme at any time. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
